Private one-on-one instruction from Coach Sean. Private training sessions are tailored to your interest and fitness level. Available for sessions of:
- Brazilian jiu jitsu
- Combative fitness personal training (boxing, muay thai kickboxing)
- Natural / primal / functional movement based exercises
- Self-defence
- Mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques
