Students attend jiu jitsu classes two days a week. The fall semester runs September to January with a break over winter vacation. The spring semester runs February to June with a break over spring vacation.
Spring 2021 Semester
Kids Program: During the COVID-19 pandemic we will not be offering the Mini Nomads class. All other students will be combined into the Nomad Kids program. Classes are 2 days a week and run Monday to Thursday (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs) after 3:15pm.

Private Coaching: Combative Fitness Sessions (boxing/muay thai kickboxing based fitness class) and Body Weight and Movement Fitness Sessions are available Monday to Friday from 10am – 2pm. Inquire for times outside availability – if I can accommodate I am happy to try.
