Students attend jiu jitsu classes two days a week. The fall semester runs September to January with a break over winter vacation. The spring semester runs February to June with a break over spring vacation.

Fall 2023 Semester
Kids Program: Classes are 2 days a week for Juniors (Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm – 4:15pm) and Seniors (Tuesday/Thursday 4:30pm – 5:15pm) and once a week for Minis (Friday 3:15pm – 3:45pm). Please register and we will confirm availability shortly.
Adults Program: 16 yrs and up are adult. Classes are 3 days a week, Tuesday / Thursday 7:30pm – 8:30pm and Fridays 7:00pm – 8:30pm. Please register early, limited space available.
Private Coaching: Combative Fitness Sessions (boxing/muay thai kickboxing based fitness class) and Body Weight and Movement Fitness Sessions are available. Inquire for times – if I can accommodate I am happy to try.
